Public link for the latest version of the Mitel 6920, 6930 and 6940 handset firmware.

Only a Mitel trained Engineer should attempt an upgrade.

DO NOT POWER OFF the 69xx handset whilst upgrading the firmware as it may result in a permanently inoperable device.
